STX engine MAN 16V32/40 engine overhauls “Deepwater Orion”
This year we had a pleasure to cooperate with Dutch branch of the well-known and worldwide respected company Goltens. The customer was a top ranked rig company Transocean. The project was unique and required special preparation to accede. The vessel is an Ultra-Deepwater Dual-Activity drillship with six units of powerful engines (STX-MAN 16V32/40).

SULZER 8 RTA 62 U maintenance and general overhauls
For one of our clients, we overhauled 4 x RTA62 8-cylinder engines on 4 different ships one after the other. The project lasted 3 months and included the full scope of renovation. From the exhaust valves going down through the heads, pistons, crosshead bearings to the main bearings. It was a fascinating project.
