MWM Deutz TCG2020v20/v16/v12

We create a factory service for the MWM brand. During almost 8 years starting in 2013 to 2020 we were a part of MWM Benelux. Constantly 3-6 service teams, 6-12 mechanics. It was a fascinating journey for our team and a sea of experiences.

We create a factory service for the MWM brand. For almost 8 years, our mechanics have been providing factory service for the MWM brand. We are a fully independent service team. We are responsible for engine overhauls, regeneration of parts, ordering new parts and contact with the customer.

Project Summary

Organising a service team with appropriately prepared tools.
We had our own cars equipped with specialised tools for repairs and measurements of engine parts. The entire overhaul process of MWM gas engines was under our supervision and execution. Our duties included activities such as:
Contact with the engine owner at the repair site.
Engine disassembling.
Verification of wear of individual parts and decision on which parts remain and which should be replaced and which should be regenerated.
Engine parts delivery to workshop for recondition.
In coordination with MWM workshop, spare parts order.
Engine assembling.
Running in the engine after overhaul.
Overhaul report with measurements record.

Being in the factory service and, after some time, co-creating the factory service of combustion engines for the MWM brand was a real adventure. It was a very demanding project that took 8 long years. Our team had to demonstrate very extensive technical knowledge of engine mechanics. We had to be perfectly organized and manage a team that worked in an international team on a daily basis.

From a purely technical point of view, our team overhauled all MWM engines. Engines were qualified for overhaul according to running hours. According to running hours, we dealt with repairs of the E30, E50 and a general overhaul of the E60.
