- regarding personal data, please contact the controller directly: office@servipol.pl,
- your personal data will be processed for the purpose of analyzing the message and responding to it – pursuant to Article 6 point 1 letter a of the GDPR,
- your personal data will be stored for a period of 24 months from the date of their submission or until the consent is withdrawn;
- the recipients of your personal data will be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and entities providing legal services and personal data security to Servipol, service providers of Servipol’s technical and IT services;
- you have the right to request the controller to access your personal data (pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR), the right to rectify it (pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR), delete it (pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR) or limit processing ( pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR), the right to transfer data (pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR, when the processing is carried out in an automated manner), the right to withdraw consent at any time (pursuant to Article 7 point 3 of the GDPR, with withdrawal consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal),
- you have the right to lodge a complaint with a Polish supervisory authority – the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa),
- providing personal data is voluntary; failure to provide data may result in the inability to analyze the message and respond to it.
